Digestiv is a home for digests: recurring, researched summaries of topics you choose, written by an AI model on a schedule, shaped over time by your reactions. Digestiv is in beta. Features will change, and occasionally things will break.

You need an account to create digests or react to them. Anyone may sign up, and during the beta each account is approved by hand before it can generate. Reading public digests requires no account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

The digests you create are yours: the topics, the recipes, the titles. You control each digest's visibility (private, unlisted, or public). By making a digest public or unlisted you let Digestiv show it to whoever you share it with, or to everyone. You can change visibility at any time.

Editions are written by an AI model from web research. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Check anything that matters before acting on it.

Each digest can use prepaid credit or a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout. Annual plans are billed upfront. Cancel renewal anytime in Billing; access continues through the paid period. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund unused time. Contact info@digestiv.io about accidental purchases or service failures. Deleting your digest or account ends its access and cancels web subscriptions immediately. Apple subscriptions must be canceled in your Apple Account; account deletion does not cancel them. Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web subscription refunds are handled through support.

For pay-as-you-go digests, generating an edition draws its actual cost, plus a five cent fee, from your account's credit balance. New accounts get their first 2 editions free, and we may grant extra credit (to beta testers, for example). Credit purchases use Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Stripe checkout on the web. Prices are shown before you pay and credits never expire. Unused web-purchased credit is refundable on request; Apple decides refunds for App Store purchases. Full details are on the pricing page.

Do not use Digestiv to generate or publish content that is unlawful or that harasses or targets people. Do not attempt to abuse the generation system, other people's accounts, or the service itself. We can pause or close accounts that do.

You can stop using Digestiv at any time. If you want your account and its data deleted, email us and we will do it.

Digestiv is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of unused credit on your account.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and we will tell you about anything material before it applies to you.
